Mini Mat Cutter( part of the MINI series by KW)

This little mat splitter is pretty cool!!  It is a mere 4" long and fits nicely in your hand( my hand anyway)  the blades are 1.5" long. This is a nice handy tool for those small tight hard to get into places.
